The MOMUTO Pro-Lock Fabric Technology
Most custom competitors use cheap, 100% rigid polyester. We do it differently.
Our signature blend incorporates Elastane fibers directly into the polyester weave. This creates a "4-way stretch" that moves with the athlete, preventing the boxy, heavy feel of standard teamwear.
Standard on every kit, no cheap tier. This is the same kind of polyester + elastane blend premium brands use in their player-version kits. Many custom makers keep it for a premium line; at MOMUTO it is the only fabric we use, from one jersey to a full club order.

HD Sublimation & Pro Details
Standard Precision: All MOMUTO kits come standard with 100% HD Sublimation. We infuse the ink directly into the fabric at 200°C, ensuring the design is weightless, breathable, and never peels.
The "Player Version" Upgrade (Optional):
For larger club orders, we offer the option to upgrade to 3D Silicone or Rubberized Crests. This premium finish adds texture and depth, mirroring exactly what professional players wear on match day.

Is the premium fabric standard or an upgrade?
Standard. Every MOMUTO jersey uses the same polyester + elastane blend (92% polyester, 8% elastane; 145–160 GSM micro-interlock, four-way stretch, moisture wicking), from a single jersey to a club order. There is no cheaper tier and no fabric surcharge.
How does it compare with the fabric in pro kits?
It is the same kind of blend premium brands use in their player-version kits: polyester for durability and moisture wicking, elastane for stretch. Many custom makers use rigid 100% polyester, or keep a blend like this for a premium line only.
What fabric does MOMUTO use for custom soccer kits?
We use our signature Pro-Lock™ fabric blend, a 145-160 GSM micro-interlock polyester with elastane fibers for 4-way stretch and moisture-wicking performance.
Does MOMUTO use sublimation printing?
Yes, we use 100% deep-dye HD sublimation at 200°C. This ensures designs are breathable, weightless, and never crack or peel, unlike traditional vinyl printing.
